THE FINE PRINT · IN PLAIN WORDS

Policy, honesty, and what nothing here promises.

The practical terms behind the numbers, purchases, application review, and private proof—written to be read before checkout.

Who writes this

Dear Zuck is written and operated by Rana Sohaib—one letter every Sunday, mailed to a man who never replies. AI tools assist parts of the drafting and build process; Rana edits the work and is responsible for what is published, sold, and operated.

What the numbers are

Every revenue figure on this site (like $26,489.59 in → $102,431.19 back, April 2026) is a Meta-pixel-attributed conversion value from ad accounts operated by Rana Sohaib, exported via Windsor.ai on Aug 27, 2026. Attribution is the ad platform's counting — it is not bank-verified profit, and platform-reported figures can restate as attribution windows close.

Ad spend was the largest cost behind those figures. "Zuck" is shorthand for the ad platform we pay, nothing more.

What is promised

Nothing. The results shown are one person's, from his own products, budgets, and decisions. They are not typical, and nothing on this site is a promise, projection, or guarantee of anyone else's results. Nothing here is financial, legal, or investment advice.

Payments and Polar

Polar is the payment processor and Merchant of Record for DearZuck purchases. Polar's secure checkout collects the payment method, handles payment authentication, tax, and transaction receipts. DearZuck receives transaction identifiers and payment status, but never receives or stores your full card details or CVC.

A browser success screen is not treated as proof of payment. Delivery and membership access wait for a signed payment confirmation from Polar.

The Playbook ($19 once)

The Playbook is a one-time digital purchase. It is delivered only after Polar confirms payment and only when checkout is open. While delivery or payment setup is not ready, checkout stays disabled and cannot take payment.

A confirmed Playbook purchase carries a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. Ask from the purchase email so the transaction can be located; Polar returns an approved refund to the original payment method, subject to normal bank processing time.

The Cockpit application and charge

The Cockpit is for practitioners managing at least $5,000/month in Meta advertising spend for themselves, a client, or their employer. The application asks for a short paragraph about the applicant's work and private Meta ad spend proof. A person reviews both before making a decision.

$0 today. $99/month only if approved. Polar saves the card through a 30-day deferred subscription trial. This is not a bank hold: DearZuck does not reserve or hold funds. Approval ends the Polar trial and attempts the first $99 charge. If issuer authentication is required or payment fails, the applicant must complete the payment step and no seat is issued until Polar confirms payment.

If the application is rejected or expires, the saved-card trial is revoked before a charge is requested. Rejection and expiry cost $0. Approval by itself does not create membership access.

Private proof and retention

The proof is used only to verify the Cockpit's practitioner threshold. Applicants may redact client names, campaign names, transaction details, customer information, and unrelated figures as long as the Meta account context, date range, and qualifying spend remain readable.

Proof is stored privately, scanned when malware scanning is configured, and available only to a TOTP-authenticated DearZuck reviewer. It is never placed at a public URL. Proof for a rejected, expired, or withdrawn application is deleted within 30 days after closure. Proof for an approved application is deleted within 90 days after approval. Minimal transaction, decision, and audit records may be retained where needed for security, support, tax, dispute, or legal obligations.

To request access to or deletion of your application data, email [email protected] from the application address. Identity may be verified before private information is returned or deleted.

The Cockpit membership ($99/month)

After confirmed payment, the Cockpit is a recurring monthly membership. Cancel anytime, with no long contract; cancellation normally leaves access in place through the paid period. Founding seats № 001–500 keep the $99 price while continuously subscribed. A canceled seat retires, and any later return is subject to the price and availability then offered.

Community votes are advisory. Rana places and pays for every ad on his own account; no member money is spent on ads, and voting gives no financial interest in any outcome. Be decent in the rooms — spam, scams, or harassment end a seat without refund of the current month.

Contact & data

Questions, refunds, data access, or deletion: [email protected]. The checkout service stores the minimum account, application, order, status, and audit information needed to run these flows. Polar and the membership platform process their parts under their own terms. If the Meta pixel is activated, standard browser and campaign event data is processed under Meta's policies; the pixel is not used to receive card details or private proof.
