The Cockpit. A numbered seat inside one live account.

Watch a real ad account while the decisions are still uncertain.

The account spends about $1,000 a day on Meta ads. Members see each plan before it runs, discuss the trade-offs, vote on the proposed tests, and return for the result.

  • About $7,000 in real ad spend each week.
  • Predictions remain visible after the result arrives.
  • Rana owns the account, the final decision, and every dollar spent.

Cancel anytime. Qualification required. Your founding price stays while your membership is active.

Most marketing advice is explained backwards.

Once the result is known, every decision can sound obvious. The Cockpit begins earlier, when the ideas conflict and the data is incomplete.

See the context

The offer, creative, constraints, and reason for the test sit beside the numbers.

Make the call before launch

Members explain their thinking while the answer is still unknown. The original prediction stays visible.

Learn from the same budget

One account gives the whole room a shared set of real decisions to discuss.

What happens each week.

The format keeps the room useful even if you only check in once a day.

1 / Ads live

Read the account

Current spend, creative, delivery, and performance enter the room.

2 / Discussion

Make the case

Members bring ideas, questions, objections, and relevant experience.

3 / Vote

Choose a test

The proposed tests get a vote and a written reason before launch.

4 / Launch

Spend real money

Rana makes the final call, builds the campaign, and funds it.

5 / Result

Keep it or stop it

The numbers return beside the original forecast.

6 / Sunday

Write the report

The week closes with spend, return, decisions, and open questions.

The account does not care which idea sounded smartest in the room. It only records what people did.

Founding series, seats 001–500

The first 500 seats keep their $99 price.

The founding series is capped at 500 numbered seats. A seat is assigned after acceptance; while your membership stays active, its $99 monthly price stays with it.

It has already been through a real month at scale.

These figures explain why the account is worth studying. They do not guarantee that the next test—or your account—will produce the same outcome.

January

First AI build

I opened Claude Code and started learning by making.

March 12

First $57.19

The product met paid traffic for the first time.

April

Meta-attributed revenue is not net profit. Tracking can be incomplete or imperfect. Read exactly how the claims are framed.

Inside the room, we do not know the ending yet.

You see why people disagree before the account settles the question.

Dear Co-Pilot,

Here is the brief. Here is the risk. Here is what I think will happen—and why.

Place your vote before the spend begins.

When the verdict lands, we will keep the reasoning next to it. If we were wrong, we do not lose the week. We gain a lesson with a receipt.

No ad-spend qualification required

The credentials check: the Cockpit is built for marketers managing at least $5,000/month in ad spend—their own, a client's, or their company's. Not there yet? The Playbook is the right first envelope.

Questions before you join.

Do members control the ad account?

No. Members discuss ideas and vote on proposed tests. Rana retains account access, funds every campaign, handles execution, and makes the final launch decision.

What can I see inside?

The working context around the account: plans, proposed creative, discussions, decisions, spend and result summaries, kill calls, and the weekly ledger. Sensitive credentials and private customer data are never shared.

Why is there a $5,000/month qualification?

The room is designed for practitioners who can contribute grounded experience to real decisions. The spend can be yours, a client's, or your employer's. If you are still building toward that level, start with the Playbook.

What happens to my founding price if I cancel?

The $99 price is held while the membership remains continuously active. If you leave, your number retires and a later return is subject to the pricing and availability at that time.

What is a jump seat?

Each founding Co-Pilot can bring one guest into the room under the current jump-seat rules. After the 500-seat founding series, invitation is intended to become the way new members enter.

Can I join and mostly observe?

Yes. You can read quietly and still get the full decision trail. Participation makes the ballot and table stronger, but constant posting is not required.

Will watching this account improve my results?

It can improve the quality and speed of your learning, but it cannot guarantee a commercial outcome. Markets, offers, budgets, and execution differ. My results remain mine, not a promise of yours.
